SVAPASYA OPUS AURELIA 2024 the Annual Inter-school Fest organized by Bhavan's Vidya Mandir Eroor was held on Saturday 7 September 2024. The inaugural ceremony began with a mesmerizing dance performance by the students of class XI. Akshara Binu of Class XI welcomed the gathering. Delivering the inaugural address, the Chief Guest, Shri Viju B , Author, Deputy Resident Editor, Times of India emphasized the value of inter school fests in the lives of students. He stressed that in addition to helping children develop a healthy sense of competitive streak, these events provide the participants and the organising batch of students with opportunities for collaboration, constructive thinking and honing of creative skills.Smt Meena Viswanathan, Chief Coordinator Programmes, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Kochi delivered the keynote address.
Svapasya 2024 effectively fostered a vibrant literary community ,encouraging participants to explore diverse themes and perspectives, making it a haven of creativity and intellectual growth.
The event featured a diverse spectrum of seven literary based competitions, catering to students spanning from the grades 6 to 12 . Participants engaged in a plethora of contests, like versification, advertisement ,quiz, stand up comedy,comic strip writing, spell bee and a surprise event.
The grand finale unfolded with a valedictory function, graced by the presence of the renowned cine artist, writer and advocate Shri Sankar Induchoodan.There was a spectacular performance rendered by the school band. Bhavan's Varuna Vidyalaya, Thrikkakara took home the coveted trophy for the overall Champions and Bhavan's Munshi Vidyashram, Tripunithura was the first runner up.
